Terms and Conditions
Please scroll down to read all of the terms and conditions below:
  • Exhibits may be handed in to the Duchess Anne Hall, The Cross, Dunkeld only on:
    • SATURDAY 8TH JUNE between 10:00am and 5:00pm
    • SUNDAY 9TH JUNE between 10:00am and 5:00pm
    • MONDAY 10TH JUNE between 10:00am and 5:00pm
  • Except by invitation, each artist is restricted to three exhibits only. The Committee may invited further exhibits from artists when two or more have been sold.
  • The Registration/Entry Form should be completed online. Please click here if you need help with the registration process, or wish to download a printable registration form. Prints should not be submitted unless prior permission has been obtained.
  • Each work must have attached to, on the reverse side, the name, address and telephone number of the artist, the title of the picture and the price asked. After 31 May do not change a title or a price after it has been registered. The ones brought to the exhibition must be the ones registered.
  • There is a 1 GBP per picture hanging fee, and a commission of 25% will be charged on all works sold.
  • Pictures will not be hung unless they are within the maximum size of 80cm x 80cm, including the frame, provided with adequate and secure rings and tightly wired. Pictures in clip type mountings (unbordered) are not acceptable. It is very important that screws and rings are covered in padding; work may not be accepted if this is not carried out. Please pay particular attention to all these points, as you will be held responsible for damage or injury caused by failure to comply with these requests. Pictures with damaged frames will be rejected.
  • Pictures will be exhibited at the discretion of the Selection Committee who reserve the right to reject any or all of the pictures submitted. Any artist who has no paintings selected will not be eligible to enter the Exhibition the following year. The decision of the Selection Committee is final and no correspondence may be entered into. Works submitted in previous years and copies of paintings will not be accepted.
  • The committee will not be responsible for defective arrangements, faulty packaging or storage, fire, accident, theft, negligence or any other cause which may damage works. Exhibits will not be insured by the Committee. Exhibitors may therefore wish to insure their own works.
  • I understand that If my entries are considered unsuitable for the exhibition they will not be shown on the website.
  • Copies of paintings may be accepted provided they are suitably acknowledged.
  • All unsold exhibits must be collected between 10am and 5pm on SUNDAY 1ST SEPTEMBER or MONDAY 2ND SEPTEMBER.
  • Artists submitting works for exhibition will be understood to have agreed to all the above conditions. We regret that we cannot accept works for exhibition only.
I have read and agree to the Terms and Conditions above.
