Carol Barbour

I work from my garden studio in Kinross, creating kiln-formed glass artworks inspired by wildflowers, coastal landscapes and the natural world. Using layered glass and hand-painted enamels, I explore texture, light and transparency within both functional and sculptural forms. My practice ranges from small keepsake pieces to larger statement works including bowls, panels and free-standing sculptures, each individually handcrafted and kiln-fired.
