I paint landscapes and other things I see around me in Scotland.

I like to use paint loosely using texture, heightened contrast and colour make my subjects come alive. My work frequently features the wild beauty of the Highlands and the Western Isles (Natural Landscapes – Mountains and Seascapes).

I also enjoy painting Scotland’s historic monuments and buildings (Timeless Landscapes) and loose studies of plants (Zoom Nature).

I am beginning to exhibit in a number of small galleries.
